HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship our orders 1 to 2 days after we receive your payment. Shipping times and arrival dates depends on the shipping method you have selected. If you already have an order, you can click on “My orders” from your profile and track you item
WHAT ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We strive to provide the lowest shipping fees for our customers. Shipping charges depend on the weight and the size of the item you selected and the country to where the item is being delivered to. We have a 3 main shipping companies including DHL, Fedex and China post.
WHERE IS MY ITEM SHIPPED FROM?
Most of our items are shipped from china but some of the items may also be shipped from other countries depending on where the merchants is located.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ITEM?
If you have a pending order, then you can track and find out where exactly your package is. After login, click on “My profile”. Navigate to “My orders” and click on the order you wish to track. Then, click on the “Track item” button to check where your item is.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS I HAVE ENTERED IS WRONG?
You can only change the shipping address before you submit your payment information to complete the order. Once it’s submitted, you no longer can change your address. We advise all our users to make sure you enter the correct shipping address when placing an order
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
We currently don’t have an option for you to cancel an order once you make a purchase. However, you can contact our customer support center within 24 hours and our team will help you with your inquiry.

WHY IS MY ORDER HISTORY EMPTY?
If your order history is empty, then it means that your payment was rejected. We never received your payment and your order was not placed. Check with you bank if you have been charged from your card and if so, the bank will refund the charge within 5-6 working days. Please make sure that you are logged into the account correctly to make your purchases
